Product Description:
Wall Float is a dry, factory blended
plaster mix specifically designed for the tile contractor.
The control of mix ratio and quality of sand make it a superior
product to jobsite mixes. The product is a blend of cement,
lime and sand. Wall Float may be pumped. It may be used for
interior or exterior walls. Mix with water only for optimum
performance, ½ of the mixing water may be replaced
with OBP Acrylic Glue. Special Mix designs are available.

Wall Float is used as a float or leveling coat on walls prior
to setting tiles, marble, brick or veneer. |

Packaging: Available
in 94lb multi wall paper sacks, or 3000lb bulk bags.
Coverage:
Approximately 4 sq. yards per 94lb bag when applied at 3/8"
thickness.

Wall Float conforms to U.B.C. and A.S.T.M. requirements.
Applications:
All substrates must be clean, sound, and free from any oil, dust,
or bond breakers. Substrates should be damp just prior to application.
For optimum bond, apply a brush coat of OBP Acrylic Glue. Apply
Wall Float to clean, potable water and mix to the desired consistency.
Maximum thickness per coat is 3/8". Trowel and level into place.
Proper application and curing is required as per section 4708 of
the U.B.C. For best results replace 1/3 to 1/2 of the mixing liquid
with OBP Acrylic Glue.
Limitations:
" Do not apply when temperatures are below or may fall below
40 deg F prior to curing
" Proper curing is required
" Do not apply to frozen or unsound substrates
" Do not overwater or retemper

Caution:
Prolonged exposure to dust may cause delayed lung disease. Eliminate
exposure to dust. Use NIOSH approved mask for silica dust. Freshly
mixed materials may cause skin irritation. Avoid direct contact
where possible and wash exposed skin areas promptly. If any cementitious
material gets into the eyes, rinse immediately and repeatedly with
water and get prompt medical attention. See Material Safety Data
