Product Description:
Orco Blended Scratch & Brown is a dry, factory blended
plaster mix specifically designed for the plastering contractor.
The control of mix ratio and quality of sand make this a product
superior to jobsite mixing. The product is a blend of cement,
lime and sand. Available with fibers and a water reducer -
Scratch & Brown WRF. Special mix designs also available.
Uses: Orco
Blended Scratch & Brown is used on lath wall, browning
masonry walls or the scratch coat for shower stalls. The same
product is used for the first coat (scratch) and second coat
(brown). |

Application:
Add Orco Blended Scratch & Brown to clean potable water and
mix to desired consistency. Application and curing should be outlined
in U.B.C. Section 4708 and Table No. 47-F. Coverage rate per 94lb
bag for 2 coats is approximately 1- ½ square yards when pumped
and 2 square yards when hand applied.
Technical Data:
Orco Blended Scratch & Brown conforms to U.B.C. specifications
for Portland cement, lime plaster, and A.S.T.M. C-926.

Caution:
Orco Blended Scratch & Brown contains cementations materials.
Prolonged exposure to dust may cause delayed lung disease. Eliminate
exposure to dust. Use NIOSH approved mask for silica dust. Freshly
mixed materials may cause skin irritation. Avoid direct contact
where possible and wash exposed skin areas promptly. If any cementitious
materials get into the eyes, rinse immediately and repeatedly with
water and get prompt medical attention. See product label, Material
