ORCO Blended Products

Product Description: Orco Blended Products, Poly Modified Mini Brick Grout is a blend of Type II/V Cement, Special water-repellant admixtures that reduce efflorescence and protects from Freeze Thaw conditions, dry polymers and fine sand. OBP Mini Brick Grout is especially designed for grouting thin brick, marble, terra cotta tile, glazed face block and most types of pavers having 5/16” joints or larger.

Uses: Grouting the joints of:

Mini Brick
Ceramic face Masonry Block
Marble, Stone, Tile
Terra Cotta Tile, Mexican Pavers

Packaging: : Available in 60lb. Paper Bag and 3000 lb. Bulk Bag

Mixing: Use the same procedure throughout the job for uniform results. And approximately 60 lb. of grout to one gallon of liquid. This will vary upon application. Mix thoroughly and allow to slake for 10 minutes, and then remit without liquid. Do not re-temper.

Caution: Orco Blended Products, Mini Brick Grout contains silica sand. Prolong exposure to dust may cause delayed lung disease. Eliminate exposure to dust. Use NIOSH approved masks designed for silica dust. Freshly mixed material may cause skin irritation. If any cementitious materials get into the eyes, rinse immediately and repeatedly with water and get prompt medical attention.
