Pneumatic Silo
Designed for large high production
jobs. It holds approximately 54,000 lbs. (18 yards) and is
loaded pneumatically. It is transported on a special lift
truck.
Bulk Bag Silo
Ideal for the majority of all masonry
projects. It holds approximately 10,000 to 15,000 lbs. (3
to 5 yards). This size is very mobile and when empty can be
moved on the job site with a forklift or moved from job to
job with the assistance of a dropdeck trailor truck. Material
is loaded from 3,000 lb. (1 yard) bulk bag with a forklift
that a min. 21ft. reach.
Mixing of Material
Both systems are designed either with
an auger discharge or a direct drop discharge system that
feeds into a barrel mixer or a plaster mixer. OBP Pre-Blended
mortars reduce the amount of mixing time which will increase
productivity.

mix a batch of Orco Pre-Blended mortar from a silo. Field mixing
takes twice as long, requiring labor-intensive shoveling and heavy
lifting, which can lead to back injuries. Plus, our OBP system eliminates
waste due to job site conditions or poor calculations of material.
Silos can also be secured to prevent vandalism or theft.
