Product Description: Orco Blended Glass Block Mortar is a dry, factory blended mortar specifically designed for the installation of glass block. The product is a thoroughly blended mix of white cement, lime, water repellant agents and silica sand. Colors: Orco Blended Glass Block Mortar is also available in special order colors. Standard color is bright white. Uses: Orco Blended Glass Block Mortar is used in the application of glass block, glazed block, brick, or grouting of joints 5/16" of larger. It may be used wherever a high quality mortar or grout is required having fine sand and waterproofing properties.

Packaging: Available in 60lb multi-wall sacks.

Application: Add Orco Blended Glass Block Mortar to clean, potable water and mix to desired consistency. Recommended water is approximately 14-17% by weight. One 60lb bag should lay approximately 70 - 6"x6", 60 - 8"x 8", or 32 - 12"x12" glass block.

Technical Data: Orco Blended Glass Block Mortar conforms to A.S.T.M. C-270, property specifications for unit masonry. Testing by an independent laboratory is available upon request.

Caution: Orco Blended Glass Block Mortar contains cementations materials. Prolonged exposure to dust may cause delayed lung disease. Eliminate exposure to dust. Use NIOSH approved mask for silica dust. Freshly mixed materials may cause skin irritation. Avoid direct contact where possible and wash exposed skin areas promptly. If any cementitious materials get into the eyes, rinse immediately and repeatedly with water and get prompt medical attention.
