will form a ball when compacted in your hand. The mortar is compacted
and screed into place. Allow for proper cure prior to application
of any adhesives. Do not try to accelerate cure with fans. Do not
use when temperatures fall below 40 deg F. Use enough water to achieve
a workable mix and for proper cement hydration.
