Product Description:
Orco Blended Products Masonry Grout Concrete Mix is a dry,
factory blended concrete specifically designed for the professional
contractor. The proportioning of raw materials and the thorough
blending of the product make it superior to conventional sacked
concrete products. Standard mix design available:
2000-70/30: (2000psi*) 6.5 sacks - 3/8"aggregate
( 70% sand, 30% coarse aggregate)
2000- 60/40: (2000 psi*) 6.0 back 3/8" aggregate
( 60% coarse aggregate 40% sand)
* Special mix designs available upon request *
Uses:
Masonry Concrete Mix may be used anywhere a quality concrete
mix is required. The 70/30 Grout Concrete Mix is especially
suited for grouting masonry cells. |

Packaging: Available
in 60lb or 90 lb., multi wall paper sack, 3000 lb. Bulk bags, and
pneumatic bulk systems. Information on silo and bulk systems available
upon request.
Application: Add
Orco Blended Masonry Grout Concrete Mix to clean, potable water
and mix to desired consistency. One 90lb. bag will yield approximately
1 cubic foot. To achieve strength and slump as stated the recommended
water is as follows:
2000 (70/30): 8" slump - approx. 1.4 gal.
2000 (60/40): 5" slump- approx. 1.1 gal.
Technical Data:
Orco Blended Masonry Grout Concrete Mix is a mixture of Type II/V
cement, 3/8" coarse aggregates, and sand. The mixes conform
to City of Los Angeles Building Code, R.R. #25454 and U.B.C. standards
for grout proportions by volume.
Warranty: The
technical information and usage statements are based on our best
knowledge. The contents of this specification sheet are presented
for informational purposes only and do not constitute responsibility
for their use. The manufacturer will replace that material which
is proven defective due to quality of the components or the manufacturing
process.
Caution:
Prolonged exposure to dust may cause delayed lung disease. Eliminate
exposure to dust. Use NIOSH approved mask for silica dust. Freshly
mixed materials may cause skin irritation. Avoid direct contact
where possible and wash exposed skin areas promptly. If any cementitious
materials get into the eyes, rinse immediately and repeatedly with
